Optional Tray-Icon for the Toolbar (display in upper right corner)

This little patch, allows (when parameter use_tray = true for the toolbar filter is set), to view the tool bar with position absolute in right top corner.
Handy, if you don't want to scroll down, when using the adt toolbar.
Patch is against revision 64.
