ADT is missing after forwarding

ADT is configured for HTML output type. After hitting view which forwardz to another action ADT is rendered into content only during first execution and fails of course: 1. Because of string_replace() which has no closing BODY and HEAD tags to replace :) 2. Agavi clears response content during forward call.
I think it is fault of not being global filter.

I have started to refactor the filter so that it can be used simultaneously as global and an action filter. This should fix action forwarding issues. The issue of stupid str_replace injection remains :)

The filter can now be dual-registered as a global filter AND as an action filter. This should fix forwarding issues but I'm not closing the ticket before this is verified.
